We only  use Nebosh qualified assessors.

All our risk assessments are carried out onsite and are signed and dated and valid for 12 months 

A  Risk assessment will provide you with a professional report, which identifies all the hazards and risks associate with a given task, and is need to comply with Health and safety under the HSAWA 1974 …….


Legal responsibility for complying with risk assessments rests with the ‘responsible person’.

What happens when our  risk assessor visits?

The  risk assessment  comprises two parts, the initial onsite visit followed by a follow up either via a telephone conversation or another on site visit once the report has been received and reviewed by the client.

The  Risk Assessor will introduce himself and will ask to meet the responsible person for the premises. The Assessor will then talk through the relevant aspects of his visit and the available information sources open to the responsible person. These sources will include documentation, procedures and safety records, along. In the absence of the responsible person a competent colleague may take the role.

The object of the assessment is to produce a document that highlights all hazards that the task involve,all risks and actions needed to reduce the risk. All  recommendations should then be implemented to comply with  health & safety legislation.

Following the visit a risk assessment document will be produced and sent to the client,  once the client has reviewed the document  an appointment can then be arranged to discuss any issues that have arisen from the report  or questions the client  my have and this can be done either in  person or over the telephone.

Finally the document will be signed by our risk assessor once all recommendations have been implemented and is  valid for 12 months when a review will need to be conducted and the document re signed and dated

Please remember the report benefits all parties and is a consultative document, showing compliance and due diligence.
